depends if your clutch is cable actuated or hydraulic
mine is hydraulic and it just involved me loosening off the lock nut that holds the rod that goes into the master cylinder, and turning that rod, which is threaded, and turned it till the clutch pedal was no longer moving 2 inches before it did anything, and then tightening the lock nut again

yeah, well if it's cable, the end of the cable should be a threaded rod right on the clutch lever coming out the side of your tranny, just tighten or loosen the nut on that rod to adjust the free play as you need

don't forget the bit in the Mazda MPV commercial where they briefly show a Miata, then back to the MPV and go "body of a minivan... soul of a sports car". first of all, that comment is awful, and second of all, if they want to allude to a sports car, they should at least use the RX7!

my favorite is the guys who drive around these minivans but still try to look tough, but then still drive like dickheads cuz they don't wanna admit that the "SPORT" badge on the back doesn't mean shit.

i had a minivan driver threaten to kick my ass a few weeks ago for driving fast (according to him... my speedo read about 25 kph, but i'm sure his rearview mirror through a tinted Chevy Venture rear window is much more accurate) in a parking lot where he was dropping his kid off (in the middle of the parking lot... real concern for Precious' safety i see). then i saw him doing 85kph up Hillside Dr. a few days later (speed limit is 50).

It's all about the minivan mentality. Thanks for mentioning the Chevy Venture too.. I couldn't think of any more minivans to add to the page.

well that was a great way to be woken up.. nice ol phone call from tha police! oh joy a citizen reported me to be "speeding like crazy" right through downtown westbank... I never speed excessively through downtown westbank because i'm not stupid, the cop shop is right there.. probably some senile old fart thinking i'm speeding because my 1-2 shift was at 4500 or something gay like that.... end result tho, if i get another one of those "citizens reports" i'll get myself a ticket and bye bye license, ohhh what a great way to start off the day

yah danny i have had those before too... don;t worry all you say is: when i drive i shift at high rpm but i do not speed, and shifting at high rpm is sounds like i am going fast so that i don't have to, and there is no law against what rpm i am allowed to shift at.. thankyou and gooday sir.
that is what i have said before but then again if they look up my driving record they'll see there are no tickets on there
