'B.C. bud' could spur biker war in province: RCMP

VANCOUVER (CBC) - Organized crime experts with the RCMP say a rival biker gang to the Hells Angels could be setting up in B.C, which could trigger an all-out war to control the B.C. drug trade.

The Texas-based Bandidos have been fighting the Hells Angels in Quebec. And have set up chapters in Edmonton and Bellingham, Washington.

Investigative journalist Julian Sher, who has written a book about the Hells Angels, says the Bandidos see the Angels' territory in B.C. as rich pickings.

"The seven chapters and roughly about 100 members and supporters are known to be among the wealthiest," he says.

"B.C. bud is of such high quality, it's not only doing huge business in the States, it can be exchanged for cocaine on the street. And B.C. is a very lucrative place to be."

Sher says the Hells Angels have ruled their B.C. turf for years.

And he says if the Bandidos do decide to move in, their style would be to come in with guns blazing in the hopes of carving out their own territory

The handle ripped off an 18 pack of Bud and I lost 7 or 8 beer out of the deal for me once. I took it back to the Liquor store where I bought it 20 minutes prior. they exchanged it for a new one.

Corona is the only beer that ventures away from the trend of tasting like piss.

Hmmm, not sure if I can agree with you there. Corona tastes the most like piss to me. Not to down on anyones favorite beer. Canadian beer all the way.

Well the only time I went to Elite Auto, was when I needed my rear pinion seal looked at. They called me back an hour later saying that whoever installed the exhaust put it too close to the driveshaft so they couldn't work on it, and that when they drove the car they thought the driveshaft was completely screwed. So I took it to Jerry's and drove it onto their lift, TONS of clearance... The reason it was so close was because they put it on a 4 post lift not a drive on I guess... I've never gone back since.

Would a 4 post lift not give more clearance? Should come close to your driveshaft.

There are lots of good shops in kelowna, just because Elite has a dyno has no bearing on how well they can use it or how they run their busness.

Why does it matter if they have a dyno anyway?? most of the people wont pay to find out what they always new all
along............................................. ................ They have less than 3 digit HP #'s
