so i get woken up at 6:30 this morning by hte guy that lives upstairs at my house saying he just interrupted some people trying to steal my truck and the police were on the way. busted the door lock and popped the ignition. couldnt have been more than a couple seconds from driving it away. he got a licence plate number and the cops are looking for them. who knows what good that will do. so now i cant lock my truck and a screwdriver will start it. fuck me.

i go for a ride.

if youre kinda dwelling on something, like your girlfriend dumped you, do anything you can to not sit at home and think. go hang out with your friends or somethin.

if youre just generally blue, think of something comming up that youre excited for, when i get like that i always look forward to summer (because im such a summer person), or grad, or a vacation, or something like that and how much fun it will be.

remember, life comes in waves of good and bad. learn to realize that when youre in the bad, it always gets better.

every try the bible?

there are some great stories and things about life and love in there

music generally tends do occupy your mind with another emotion. but it will eventually come back, whatever was bother you in the first place.

sometimes learning about life in the simpliest form, like in the bible makes you understand life so much more. maybe thats part of the reason spirtual and religoius people are so much happier than the next person

religous people tend to be afraid to be upset, thats why they appear happier

and buddah makes alot of people paranoid and they dwell on whatever is bothering them

they are happier because they beleive in something greater than thereself.

they arnt afraid at all.

they just know they are being guided by something greater than themself and that everything in there life happens for a reason.

that there is a purpose for everything, and everything falls into place

Listening to music often helps you collect yourself, so that you can sit down and figure out wtf is borthering you, a form of meditation really. it doesnt numb your mind or fill it with a different emotion.... sure some types of music may do that, but honestly, lets not get into religion and everyones beliefs... im sure you're all aware that thats how most wars start??

the guy simply asked what we do when we're down in the dumps... a simple "i read the bible" could of helped

..my 2 cents

started a new job landscaping on tuesday. its totally owning me, still not use to getting up at 5:45 and pushing a shovel all day. at least i get off at 3:30

dunno what it is, but i always end up with laborings jobs. its good though, because when you work at a regular job, you totally go over and above anyone else. simply because, its so much easier, so much less work and no where near as demanding.

i hope when i move i can find a job sitting on my ass or working in a building for telus or some other easy going job.

i got a harsh farmers tan.. shitty thing is, i cant wear sleveless shirts or anything.. some retard went to WCB and won because he had harsh sunburn or something.. like wtf?

Ya i know its all about the shot i just find it helarious when people pay like 6 bucks for a tall double double and then if the shots are pooily made then your out. I can get the same quality out of my DeLonghi espresso machine.
