I guess somebody saw it and went up to them and said he lost his wallet. They didn't even bother to ask im what his name was (and compare it to ID) or simply pull out a piece of picture ID (I had 2 or 3 of those in there) and go "mmmm...sorry that's not you". They just said "okay here you go" and gave some scumbag my wallet.
