Let the brother take the car for a spin... What a mistake! He couldnt keep the fucking thing in a strait line; hmmm...
So, I talked a chick friend into taking her bf's truck a "little deeper" into the pit up at postil... the poor 3/4 Ton truck got submerged up to the air cleaner, sucking mud and shit into the engine. Poor Ole Diesel Ford! Nice swim back to shore mind ya

well went to Vancity to visit a few friends this weekend cause i finally got a saturday off. It was a real good trip and everything was goin well until my buddy's fuel pump decided to crap out friday night. It sure was stressful being fucked in downtown van, but $1280 later we had a new fuel pump installed in his 95 caddy sts.
The STS is a nice highway cruiser, i was lovin the drive home.
and i won $90 on a horse at hastings park!
also paid a few visits to the Amsterdam Cafe. anyone know how we could pull off a smoke cafe like that in kelowna?

I sold my accord last week, the buyer paid cash that evening and I've called him every 2nd night to tell him to pick it up, warning him that it would get towed By Sunday the 11th... Its still here so I'm going to call him in the morning one last time and let him know I've started charging storage fees... If it drags on for another 5 days, it'll be heading strait to the wreckers.

not to the wreckers adam, that is where you can get in trouble if it is in his name already.
If it is in his name, leave it parked on the side of the street without plates and city bylaw will take care of it for you.

If you take it to the wreckers, he could sue you. Even if its still in your name, it is legally his since he paid you for it. And if you park it on the street uninsured, you are responsible if something happens to it or someone hits it. I wouldn't do anything for a couple weeks at least. Just to be on the safe side.

192 (1) If a motor vehicle or trailer is left without the occupier's consent on private property in a municipality or for a period exceeding 72 hours on private property not in a municipality, the owner of the motor vehicle or trailer is deemed to have authorized and empowered the occupier to be the owner's agent for the purpose of towing it to a place of storage and of storing it.
(2) The agent has a lien against the motor vehicle or trailer for all reasonable advances made or charges incurred in connection with the towing and storing of it in the course of the agency.
(3) The procedure respecting enforcement of the lien must be governed by the Warehouse Lien Act.
