i just got an email from matt from autox about the novice series
zac was not 1st since he raced the year before.
and after some recalculation the points, chris was not second.
so there for 3rd place, me, comes 1st

just spent $350 for a tow back home from half way btw the toll booth and Merritt.  It would've been over $400 but luckily the guy gave me a deal.
oh well I guess it's cheaper than getting it fixed in Merritt

I think it's my timing belt 
I was heading up the first hill after the toll so started speeding to gain speed as I lose speed going up hills and each time I pressed the gas it started jerking, which I knew wasn't caused my me. Then I started losing more power than normal and knew it wasn't normal so I started pulling over to the shoulder. My car shut off just before I came to a stop..

my grandpa is a mechanic and my stepdad gets a wicked discount through Napa so I'll just be paying for pretty much cost for the part...
My stepdad paid $250 towards the tow bill since I had $100 on me so I was very grateful that he helped me out like that.

Fortunately for you I saw this post before Jim 
Matt (and myself and I think Jim too) were informed the night Zac was given the award that he had raced before. We had a meeting ASAP to review if Zac had in fact raced the year before. The 3 of us (me, Mattt, and Jim) AND Zac all knew right away that Zac hadn't won. It just took Matt this long to get around to reviewing the whole season to figure out who had actually won and send Logan the email. The novice series is tracked manually and paid for out of Matt's pocket (other than what tiretrends contributes), so I'm pretty sure he can take as long as he wants.
Now having said all that I'm going to assume you are volunteering to track the novice series this year?
Oh......and congrats Logan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
