Yeah it was a decent ending but it's like they've departed so far from what the show used to be like in the first season. I never got the same vibe from this season. At least they did the flashbacks.

I'm off to buy Seasons 1 & 2 on DVD now

RIP OC thread

I liked how they wrapped everything up in the last couple minutes. And how finnaly Ryan became an Architect and how he saw a kid just like him. I still dont see a connection between Taylor and Ryan which is probably why that storyline was kinda boring(wished they brought back Lindsay) Seth and Summer getting married was cool.

Anyone notice that they were using the oldskool OC background music in the entire show?

Ya i read about the music thing. Ya man great idea of bringing lindsay back, i completly forgot about her. She was gorgoues i thought. The one thing that they never answered was did ryan have a child with teresa or not. Like did he have a kid the whole time wtf?

I liked the ending, though it kinda went too fast, but I guess they just had to kill it off.

Everything wrapped up which was nice to see. Everyone got married cept like Taylor and Ryan... I guess those two are still.. a special couple... so to say...

damnit i missed it.
I agree, the vibe this season is totally different from the first ... looking back at the first season, it was so much more dramatic and intense. i also dont feel that ryan and taylor are right together, taylor just seems too superficial.
too many new characters in the show the fast few seasons, most of them not making too much of an impact

They did answer that. The baby isn't Ryan's. It's Eddie's and he wouldn't help Teresa with the baby unless they were married. She's now a successful...hotel...something or other.

i liked it.
as far as series finalles go, this one was pretty good.
i like how the cohens took over the gay dudes' house. like they didn't even try.

on a side note. anyone know the song during the ending of the previous episode (2nd last). the one that was playing when the cohens found their house in shambles.

Found it very rushed... like they could have made at least a couple episodes out of the storylines they had going in the finale. Same with the earhtquake storyline... but I did like how they wrapped it up in the end.

Sad to see it go

yeah, and they wrapped up that storyline in about 30 minutes in a show.... if that was days of our lives they could of ran that storyline for about 2 years.

But yeah i wish they brought back Lindsay, she had a connection to everyone in the show plus aside from Marissa she was also another great love of Ryans.

Was definitely the great ending

Pretty much ended how it started....

Was sad to see when Ryan had his last moments at the house flashing back to how everything was in the pilot eposide / model home episode.

Having the flash back of Marissa (So knew that was going to happen) was classic.

Liked the angle how Ryan turned out to be a architech and decided to help that kid out

All in all it was a good final series episode. Show will be missed even though it had a craptacular last season

It was so bad by the time it ended. It started to suck with that whole Oliver thing...and then that surfer dude just made the whole thing a joke.

completely agree! by the end of the first season, everything that could happen has already happened.

its sad that its gone because i really enjoyed the group. had they paced the story a little better and allow things to fully develop each time, it may have survived a little longer.

nonetheless, marissa is hot and i would love to see her on screen (or big screen) again soon!
