I knew that Ari wouldn't take the job after his slight emo breakdown with Vince last episode. Ari and Amanda hate each other so the next logical guess would have been Dana Gordon. More Dana Gordon =
Seeing Ari mouth off on Amanda was great. I love it when Ari gets pissed and starts using his hand gestures

I think they could've gotten a lot more out of Ari's job offer storyline instead of concluding it so quickly.
