Anyone on here play it?

i fewe years ago i was on a team.
fun game, good exercise.

Want to, but could never field a team.

Yeah, played for the first time in a league these past two months. Just finished last week. Not sure whether I'm going to play again starting July 14th.

Played for the last couple years, but haven't had time to join this season. Would love to get back into it when time permits though.

I played in the Vancouver Sport league last session.

Played 4 years in high school, then VUL for a bit, but not this season... let's field a Revscene Ulty team! lol

if you get them to sponsor a team that would be cool

edit: oh yea we DID! you're in div3, we got lowered to div4, hehe.

We were thinking of switching to VUL, but unfortunately we're too late for the current season. Oh well...

The team I played for were pretty much all newbies, including me... managed to finish 6th out of 8 teams in the rec league. :p

hah, yeah, we like div 3. we haven't moved in years! hmm, that means you played us in our old school blue cotton t's. we went retro this year ;)

Ultimate... yet another sport where being tall has its advantages.

my team is prolly the shortest in the league!

we have one guy that's 6 feet. every other guy is roughly my height -- 5'8.

Tell me about it. We didn't even have a team member that's six feet. Our tallest regular is probably like 5'10". I'm only like 5'4.5" so I need to make up for that with quickness... but if the frisbee is in the air and up for grabs, it's pretty damn hard getting it from a six footer.

in all my years of playing, i think there's only been like 1 team that has ever been as short as my team. every now and then we get a 6+ footer to play a game or two, but yeah, anytime anyone throws a hospital pass, our team doesn't even bother trying.

nah i think we played you THIS year. and lost to you guys... :p we have a lot of new ppl on our team this year, myself included.

speaking of height... we have several tall guys, but one of them is 6'2 or 6'3 but can jump above anyone else and has a huge wingspan so he can get the disc at any height!! he is amazing.

just ending our season within the UBC intramurals system... back to VUL in the summer with my same team from last year - Neutrinos.

i always wanna throw. i need to keep practicing... the winter break didn't do any good for my throws or my cardio. :(

my summer team's going to have all new girls. :( we're going to get pwned. girls are the make/break. if you have good talented girls on the team, it's like a whole different game altogether.

but anyways, yeah, i want to go throw. :D set something up for all those hidden Ultimate players here on RS. ;)
