Ok I Grew up in South Africa when I moved to North America I stayed in New York for 3 weeks.. some of the best ones are. (and remember these were asked seriously no joking....and most of them more than once)
5. Did you ride zebras to school,
4. Did you have pet lions
3. Did you have roads
2. Did you have Slaves
1. What did you do to the slaves when they tryed to escape.
because we got asked more than once we ended up coming up with answers such as
5. No but we did use them to pull the plow
4. Yes of course ..... dont you.
3. What is this road thing you talk of...
2. Yes how else would the lawn get cut.

i get that too.. a phone call @ my work place. and asks are u open today lol.. no i just like to come to work and close shop and sit.. for 8 hrs..
or i get ppl comming in my eyeglass store asking. " do u do watch repair?" WTF does it look like i sell watches??

back in high school i worked at tim hortons and this lady orders a ham sandwich. while im making it she ask if the ham is from a cow or a pig! hahaha omg that was sooo stupid.
another time this dude came up to me and orders a sprite and a coke. remember now, the lids are semi clear so its obvious which one was coke and which one was sprite. so i give it to him and he asked "excuse me which one is which?"
omg how stupid can some ppl be?

1 - Chinese customer points right at the ginormous price tag and asks "how muchie?" (yes I know 'how muchie' = 'gimme discount la?')
2 - I walk out of the store after closing, a customer tried to walk into the store and my coworker and I tell him "Sorry sir but we're closed" - the customer responds with "How come?"

I work for the american side of fedex so I get A LOT.. today a guy wanted to pick up his package so I gave him the address and he started arguing with me saying they moved. So I say "okay I will place you on hold while I call and ask them".
Come back and tell him I was correct they are at that address.
Then he asks me if it is a building. I reply with "yes, it's a building. You open up the door, go inside and there are people right there at the counter". He didn't like that too much
