| I hope to get it to the minisprints. I should have the major bugs ironed out by summertime. Right now money is the only thing holding me back, being in school for six weeks and not getting paid is putting a strain on my resources...
Main things need doing are:
New Exhaust system and ex. leak at turbo/02 elbow
New springs and shocks
New clutch
New tires
Once I've got that taken care of, It'll be good to go

yeah. well 4 grand into building up a auto tranny tends to do that
i got bent sideways going into 3rd gear today, 100kph or so
believe what you will, but on the track... auto wins hands down!

OH MY GOD... I WENT TO BRENTWOOD POWERTRAIN, AND THEY TORCHED OFF THE RUSTED NUTS HOLDING MY EXHAUST TOGETHER. THE EXHAUST IS STILL ON THE CAR, BUT ITS GOT A HUGE LEAK.... ITS REALLY FRICKIN LOUD!!!! I THINK IM GOIN DEAF. OH WELL, IT ALL COMES OFF TOMORROW FOR THE 3" DP-BACK EXHAUST!

exhaust: check
DP: late march (different manufacturer, better product)
MBC: whenever i find one i like
H&Rs: i got a crappy paycheck, so maybe next payday
50-75 shot of nitrous: early summer perhaps

as for mbc the to best that are ok in price are the one i got turbonetixcs or turbo xs
oh are you goint to do what i did and cut apart the cat and use the flanges so you will just have dp back

well, ripped the exhaust off my car today, cut off the flange from the cat, and tried to weld it onto the main straight pipe.... i say "tried" becuase i cant get the damn thing dialed in. my beads (weld) arent penetrating very well, and they are as ugly as ryan after a 4 day beer binge.
but i have it until 5 pm tomorrow, so if worse comes to worse, ill just tack weld (weld one small spot) to hold all of the peices together, and then get someone else to do the final welding for me. im takin digital pics, ill probably write up a small guide on how to build a dp/cat-back exhaust.

oh ya, no exhaust, the car is fuckin LOUD! i almost went deaf when i had to take a video back... but on the way home i stopped at a little out of the way spot... holy shit! boost comes on alot faster, i think it went up about 0.5-1 psi maybe (still have stock dp with the brick known as a precat). without powershifting, had no trouble lighting them up in 2nd... this is insane, i cant wait to get my new dp! and then who knows what
