Princess Auto is wonderful, went in for a couple things, and ended up leaving with $300 worth of stuff... including ricer parts for mah lawn mower.

Cell isn't all that hard to program for once you know how to program it. That said, your average CS graduate doesn't have a hope in hell as you simply do not get the parallel programming experience but from what I've heard from EA execs in the past, the average CS grad has a lot of learning to do before programming any game.
It's a big leap in complexity, going from single core to 6 "dumb n fast" cores in the PS3 (or 8 cores in the stuff we use at work)... but that is also where computing is headed.
