^^^^ haha I do that so much, I just started turning off my computer at night, so I'm not tempted to hop on it in the morning.

on a different note...I'm homeless again Definitely 'till Aug 31, and have no place lined up in Kamloops yet for September...the student loan ppl are fucking me over yet again, and looks like I'm not getting any money from them...next couple months should be an interesting ride.

Shaw extreme used to be 7down 1up but because Shaw rules they just upgraded their extreme-i to 10down 1up.

BOOYAH!

Adam if you have extreme and it's not 10down yet I think it will be soon. Hopefully one of the fifty RSers who work at Shaw can confirm!

Buying groceries is expensive, especially if you try to stay on the healthy side of things.

Depends...

I bought 96 cans(2 cases) of tuna yesterday. 49 cents a can, not too bad.

for how much? I remember I used to buy it at the store(musclemag was cheaper than GNC oddly enough)....think it was like 2lbs of ISO cost almost 50...it had 50g of protein per scoop which was nice

But screw that...25lbs for 150 is $6 per pound

Oh and peas...cheap, taste terrible but they've got some decent protein haha
