totally didn't expect Lukas to be the last one standing ...

the two songs he did with Supernova weren't all that impressive. actually, Supernova isn't all that great of a name for a band either

really?

i've only watched one or two episodes of it and it was fairly obvious Lukas was going to take it.

I just didn't think that they'd pick another Canadian to win it. I actually thought it was going to be Toby making the band. It was pretty far off for me to have a girl, even though Delilah was a incredible singer, to front Supernova.

KILLERS SHOW WAS (excuse my pun) KILLER!
Fantastic show ... not as good as the first time i saw them at the Commodore but a close second. Was anybody else there? Loved how they closed out the show.

Dragonforce just begs to be laughed at at every turn, but it works in their favour. It's cool but it just sounds silly to be seriously used in a song. I listen to them because they have an asian shredder.

Yeah that Incubus DVD isn't bad, some of the bass work on the old songs are impressive so props to their new bassist. I'm pretty eagerly waiting for their next album to drop in a couple of months.

I didn't know he has a new album. thanks for the heads-up

Steve Vai's coming to town as part of Zappa plays Zappa. That's quite a dilemma for me as I'd absoluetely love to see Vai play (especially after missing his 2005 concert here) but the songs he did for Frank are way to weird for my tastes. But it'll be pretty godly watching him do an extended jam with Dweezil.
