For sure, you wouldn't want your baby to have FAS (fetal alcohol syndrome). It will be a burden to you and your family, so make sure your soon to be wife stays away from alcohol.

Congratulations man, hope all goes well with the little one.

You don't have to give up your hobbies, just make sure you put your kid first, but it sounds like you already have. Share your hobbies when the baby is old enough. Get little baby golf clubs and take them to the range

Anyone know any good and affordable wedding photographers? I don't mean those that come to the wedding. I meant like posing for pictures at like indoors or something.

Try some of the photographers we've got in the photo lab - I'm sure there's one who does it or knows someone who can.

Going to goto the school councellor for some advise. I'm not 100% to climb into the father level yet. I need to improve things like sense of responsibility.

I guess I have to give up a lot of golf and snowboarding. Quit smoking and drinking too!!!

Gotta make all the sacrafices to have a healthy baby...!!

EDIT: Just realized that I might have to sell my coupe too! Maybe a VAN? ............
Congratulations! To tel you the truth, you're never going to be ready to be in the father leve... even when you're a father.. My daugher is 2.5 now and we're still learning But you'll get the hang of it.. 24 is young.. when you're thinking financially.. where are you guys going to live? If you have support of your family, that is also a great thing.

I was 22 when i had my daughter... everyone said "baby's having a baby" but just from seeing how excited you are, don't let people judge how good of a father you're going to be by how old you are.

If you have any questions? PM me!

Congratulations!

and judging by your posts and excitement I think you have a great base to becoming a great father, just remember you will improve as a father along the way, it's not overnight.

When your child is 12 yo, you'll only be 36!! The plus about having a child when young, is the not-so-big generation gap, which makes it easier to relate to your child too in lthe future.

Thumbs up for stepping up with responsibilities, and also simply caring! People like you are going extinct. * I meant that in a good way!*

Hey! Thanks for the support. Ya, it has been a big step for me and I'm really excited to play sports with my kid without being too old. My dad is about 30 years older than me. I feel as if we have a big gap.
