I have two the g9000ms and the dw5600ms. Hardly consider a collection at this point.

I do love wearing them. I have stop wearing my other automatic watch. The 5600 for the more formal days. The 9000 for everything else.

I want to buy more but I have small wrist and most G I lust after are hugggeee.

Would welcome any suggestion on other g shock that is similar size to the 9000

I recently picked up a Seiko SBBN035 and a Zulu strap. The original rubber strap was nice and soft but I just wanted to change it up a little.

Was cleaning out my room the other day and found my Tissot V8 which I completely forgot about. I've been daily-ing my Seiko Diver for the past year, but I'm probably gonna get the battery changed on the Tissot to switch things up

Metal bands are hard to find locally, you guys know of any place? Don't really want to buy anything online.

Depends on the type you're looking for.

I've seen some metal straps by Timex at Walmart. They're pretty generic looking though.

I would like to purchase a watch case/box for a friend but I don't know what to look for when choosing one, including where to buy, brand or materials. My budget is under $100. Help thanks!

This is my go to pick for something around $100. Miyota Auto movement, 40mm, and has great reviews.

I'm pretty sure it has the Seiko NH35A movement and not the Miyota movement from Citizen.
Nothing wrong with it though and probably the only Invicta watch I would buy.
I should know as I bought this: for modding later down the road. haha

Picked this up a couple months ago. Wasn't happy with the balance so I swapped the bands around. Fits SO much better now!

Does anyone know where I can take my automatic seiko in for service? I believe it still may be under warranty.

If you have the patience, just diy.
I did it a few times and the hardest part is setting the hands, especially the second hand. Just get some cheap tools on eBay/Amazon to start off and as I mentioned patience is key. A lot of times I just take a break or try again the next day when I'm stuck on something.

Here are some mods I've done:

Changed the hands on the samurai

Fifty five phantom mod

I think there were few more I couldn't find pictures of.

Do you need super steady hands? Lol which diy did you follow for the 50 five fathom mod? I might give it a try.

Going to switch my collection over from divers to Motorsports inspired chronographs. Going to be putting both my Zelos watches up for sale on WUS today if anyone is interested. I have a Helsman and a Abyss.
