Spotted a Jeep in the left lane broken down goin north on the hwy next to Elk Lake with its front left wheel missing

Spotted a Green (or Grey) Boosted Older model Celica outside Nanimo on the highway around 10 O'clock last night.
EDIT: Might have been a older model Supra.
I enjoyed driving around you since your car was so low the muffler would drag and I got a little fireworks show.
