i spent $20 on a clipper to buzz cut my hair. feels like it's breaking down but that's $20 a yr for haircuts. go to london drugs and buy a clipper to cut it yourself. you can't screw up a buzz cut.

I went to the salon at metro beside Sport Chek. I had cutted my long asian hair there into a fauxhawk. After tip and all it was under $30

It felt soo much better as its summer right now.

There's a whole block of hair salons on Main St. in Chinatown by Phnom Penh.

Get a haircut, and eat at Phnom Penh. HOO!

cut stop salon @ station square, i'm a girl and it's around 16 for my last cut so it should be less for a guy, and i know several guy friends that get their cuts there..so can't be bad.

what you need to do is find a viet girl at some less known place, have lots of faith in her, and leave her good tips

keep coming back and start to build an actual relationship and talk, and pretty soon you'll get it at discount prices or even for free

Hair Masters is pretty good as well. Regular Men's haircut is like $18 and they do a pretty good job. btw they always have good specials or promotions so often enough you can get a really good price. I've been going there for awhile now and IMO they're 8/10.
