Django: 8.5/10
The Hobbit: 8/10

Enjoyed both flicks quite a bit. Django was badass, Hobbit was a little slow but I still dug it.

If you are familiar with the storyline then you will stay interested from start to finish.

So you gave the first one 70/10?

No really in that case, you should give Taken 2 a 1/10. I think that would be an appropriate score.

End of watch - 8/10

Watched it with my friend who is a police officer and he says this movie really depicts his daily routine as an officer. Not as intense obviously.

I gave the first one 9/10

I'm not really harsh when it comes to rating movies like you

Wasn't terrible but wasn't the best. Would I watch it again? Probably not.

Les MisÚrables - 8/10

Quite possibly the most amazing movie I've seen... that I didn't enjoy. Don't get me wrong, the singing and acting were wonderful; I'm just not into musicals.

I think most people only use a scale of 7 to 10 when rating a movie, unless they really hated it, in which case they'll give it a ridiculous number

For me, if a movie is enjoyable but not that great, it gets a 6. And I go up or down from there. A 5 means I didn't hate it, but didn't enjoy it. Anything below a 5 means I hated it.

I would only give very few movies a 10. Only my very favourites like Pulp Fiction or Boogie Nights.
