Sicario was good drama. Kinda dark but kinda slow. Worth the watch for sure. Acting is top notch.

We're doing The Martain tonight.

Ip Man 3. 8.5/10. VERY good fight scenes, but the plot had huge holes in it.

Effron seems dry at times but a good teaming with DeNiro, good laugh's. DeNiro, as always, on point.

Oz the great & powerful 7/10

It was a fitting prequel to Wizard of OZ, could have been better, but still good

Revenant. 8/10

Was expecting a little more out of it. Leo definitely wheezed and snorted and grunted and struggled his way to a worthy oscar nomination tho. Not sure what the movie was missing, but it just wasnt quite put together right. Directing was good, cinimatography was good, Tom Hardy was good in it too.

Rush. Again. Still love it. It's arguably my most favourite car/racing film of all time. In case there's someone on this site that hasn't seen it yet, just watch the opening scene in the video below and tell me you still don't want to see it.

The acting, cinematography, editing, music... it's all superbly done. And the fact that they were using the actual cars from the original races while filming this movie is just that much cooler.

10/10

it's my favorite too, you must watch this movie in surround sound with the best speaker and amp you have, if you don't, you're not doing this film justice

"A gifted high school football player must learn to embrace his talent and his faith as he battles racial tensions on and off the field." -A true story.

The on field football related scenes are shot very poorly, and the rest of the movie is very, very, very preachy about faith and Christ, but it's a true story so can't really knock it for that, just be aware. Overall, not very well done.

Straight Outta Compton: 9/10

Pacing felt a little off with the time skips and the ending was very rushed. But otherwise I would highly recommend this movie to just about everyone.

The Revenant: 7.5/10

The cinematography was gorgeous

Enjoyed it a lot. Mike Tyson speaking Chinese made me lol. Didn't think too much about the plot. Final fighting scene had me at the edge of my seat, even though it was predictable. Good choreography

Daddy's Home - 6/10
It was ok. Really just a movie to kill time, nothing anyone should really look forward to

I hope you guys have seen the 1966 movie Grand Prix, if you like Formula 1 or just plain racing, it's a must

it is on blu-ray, and the PQ/SQ is better than that of this fan trailer above

audience score of 88% on RT (100% critic but only 7 critic reviews) and 7.2/10 on IMDB

This movie was such a trainwreck, it was so bad but I kept watching to see where it was going and unfortunately it never went anywhere. Probably one of the worst movies I've watched in the last year.
