its alot cheaper if i do win then paying the 345 dollars then the 300 on my birthday then another 150 on the next birthday. And losing my licenece for 2 months and starting all over again with the new rules.

Dude! Your wasting money on the lawyer cause your gonna lose that one straight up no matter what. You fucked up by getting bent in front of a cop. You said you were at high rpm in 2nd gear when you hit a manhole cover and got sideways? That is not exactly an everyday occurance. Your gonna end up spending money on this lawyer and then lose the case in court. I say just fight the ticket yourself and PRAY the guy does not show up. Not only that but if you fight the ticket your court date won't be for like 6 months so you'll have some time to be prepared for the consequences. Either way, on this one I think your screwed man. Sorry to say.

I would have been alot better if i had done something cause then i would have accepted it and moved on and i'm not even sure if it was a man hole cover or just a large puddle i'm gonna go back and check it out but it is complete bull how i recieve 6 points for it. My friend rolled his dads SUV and near killed 2 of his friends and received that change.

Before your court time is usually a good time to play "Let's make a deal" Show up early, find the officer, talk to him and don't be an asshole. Chances are unless you were a massive jerk about getting the ticket he's not going to remember exactly who you are or what happened.

You've got a good chance of getting a reduction.

And, Cyrus, try to wear something pretty for once hun, there's no reason to go around looking the way you do.

Take care sweetie.

Dude. You say crooked police officer? I looked over your post and from what I have heard you were going around drifting with Dustin and you got busted. Its not the cops fault you got a ticket. Drifting in Parksville is heaty, I've done it before but you gotta be CAREFUL and pick your spots. Best of luck with it and all, but don't get your hopes up. Try everything you can though to avoid paying or losing your license though.
