It's not even comparible. 1973, 30,000km, mint condition. Far more valuable, and especially considering the same price as yes, a ratbagged R32 GTR. Not for the same purpose obviously, these cars apeal for contrasting reasons.

For under 15g, it's not going to be in 30,000km condition or close after importing and all costs.

Lowest in good condition seem 15/16, and range up to the mid 20s.

PS the more modded the GTR is, the more it's gonna cost to get it past the inspection.

carried over from bcrx........

This was on Luke's (V.I.RotoryGuy)'s car.

We wired the 6th ports open properly, and then went for a cruise to test it. Before we even got a chance to romp on it, he lost 99% of the gas pedal feel. We pulled over and poped the hood. It ended up that the accelerator cable came out of the little holder thingy behind the intake mani, BUT then it stalled out. We have no clue why.

us = :? :? :?:

So we limped it home.

Would anything we did with the port cause either the throttle to come lose all of a sudden or cause the car to stall at idle?

Well looks like I'll have to make a totally different intake manifold for my throttlebodies, the one I bought totally won't work.
Hey Nashman you still doing exhaust? I'll PM you later and see if you can fab it up for me just out steel as a prototype.

i havent got any idea why the throttle cable fell off but it prolly stalled because the throttle body is majorly ported and removed secondaries.

Bodykit=fugly! But I love the way he fit the rad and intercooler, give me ideas for if I ever go with forced induction.

how hard was it? Did you just buy a 2nd TB? or just do it with the car off the road?

it wasnt that hard if your have the tools and space... i used the tb off my car and it took me a good 3 hours. 1 hour 1st day removed the secondaries and ported the shit outa it, installed a liberal amount of jb weld left over night came back and took another good 1.5 porting and polishing and then .5 install.

I used the instrutions for the turbo tb but its almost the same
