Other then mustard being on the sandwich(which shes not a fan) she really liked it with the sauce they had but really not overly impressed. | LOL, funny my brother in law and I both had that and we both said the samething about the mustard. I like mustard but it doesn`t belong on that sandwich, don`t think it used to be on it either. The restaurant is actually nicer then I thought it would be. Can`t wait to go back once it`s been open for a while and all the bugs are out.

It was called the Boonie Burger, the burger was pretty much one of the best burgers I've ever had, yes its 2 patties, cheese, Louisiana Hot Links. The seasoned fries were amazing, it literally tasted like ketchup chips when dipped in the ketchup, once again I got a cornbread muffin cause its just awesome. Cost: $8.50 | Quote:

The g/f got the pulled pork sandwich with fries for $9.95. | I say... give them a little more time before visiting them. I think their first batch of food was rushed and not fully prepared like the way they wanted to. Ex. fries missing the season

hhmmmmm..... | Probably going to be my pre Cauncks game food again tomorrow. If they keep winning I might have to just keep doing it. It's about a 4 min drive from my house with traffic so hard to resist.

I was there yesterday for lunch and yes they have seasoning for the fries, but it seemed different than before?? I wasn't a big fan of the fries, but my friend liked em a lot so I guess to each their own.
Pulled pork sandwiches were really good though. Tender pork, and I personally like the mustard on it, but I love mustard
I want to go back soon and try the jambalaya.

I heard that they're planning to officially open sometime in June, and they will also have a liquor license with their official open. Expect tweaks and small changes until then.

6465 201 Street.
Go into the Home Depot parking lot and look for the Quality Inn. Boonies is inside the Quality Inn.

went there this wkend. Their pulled pork sandwich did not disappoint. My gf wanted to try to Gumbo but unfortunately they took it down. She got the jambalaya instead. Little too hot for my taste but it was great nonetheless.

Went to try it today.
It did not disappoint! The pulled pork burger was awesome, and the ribs falls right off the bone!!! The seasoned fries was very very good too. I finished almost all of it.
Only down was it did not have liquor license yet so no beer. The ribs would have been incredible with some cold beer.
Got to talk a bit with the owner and he said they should be getting the liquor license in a week or so. Plus, they are putting live Jazz bands every saturday in the patio with some outdoor T-BONE STEAK!!! Really looking forward for the steak. Will definitely go again if I am down to Langley.

Edit: I'm not sure if anyone is having trouble googling it but I was and I got some weird ass location from googling 6465 201 Street. so I googled this instead 6470 201 St, Langley, BC V2Y, Canada and It got me around Home Depot.

I've been here about 4 times since it reopened and it hasn't really disappointed. Good food and good prices.

Alright, so I just got back from Boonies after doing some work with the Abbotsford Police.
My co-worker and I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich with seasoned fries and a half-rack of ribs both to share. For sides, we went for the macaroni and cheese and red beans and rice. The pulled pork had just the right amount of sauce, not making it too dry nor too sloppy and it locked in the flavour just right. Seasoned fries were great. Ribs fell right off the bone. Mac'n'cheese was awesome and so were the red beans'n'rice. We were both stuffed.
Overall, it was as good as people claimed it to be. One downside was that we were expecting the food to be a little hotter, however, we did take our time so perhaps the food cooled down. Not to mention, we went during lunch and it was pretty dead. I would definitely go back to try the Boonie burger next time. Oh, and the corned bread was delicious! Have a look!
