Fraser Park Restaurant
I had this:
To go:
And the picture doesn't include the two slices of toast, slice of (decent sized) watermelon, or gravy that came with the order.
The plate was made of cured ham, home made sausage, spaetzle (I think), schnitzel, two eggs (I think) scrambled with onions and bell peppers, and country style hashbrowns.
Although at this price I can definitely say that it is of most EXCELLENT value for food quantity and quality, I can't say as much to whether most people would enjoy the quality of the food in and of itself. I haven't eaten too much German food so I can't exactly say that the cured ham was delicious or that the spaetzle or schnitzel are done "right". It is however, more enjoyable than Denny's or Whitespot's paltry equivalents.
However, I will say that I am likely to return to try the rest of their menu as everything is very cheap and pretty darn good tasting.

r.TL (Regional Tasting Lounge) in Yaletown
5/10
Would not recommend. Had pork belly appy, skin was so tough the steak knife barely cut through it.
Had steak for main course. Not too much flavor and tough as well.
Wine was good, and it's a nice atmosphere, but the food is lacking.

^yeah i knew to avoid that place when they had all these groupon type deals and made it sound like such a great discount. 3 course menu for 2 and bottle of wine for $80, regular 200.... that sort of thing.
just had 'bad restaurant trying to be a fine dining restaurant' written all over it

They took out the all day bfast and introduced the pick-your-own noodle system similar to Cattle. It tasted like crap, no good.

Nimby Burger
Had the single burger with cheese. Was a quality burger with fresh ingredients but it left me wanting more for some reason. Just didn't have that satisfaction that I usually get from a burger. The fries were a complete fail, limp and tasteless, not sure if it was an off day for the fries. A total disappointment since I was looking forward to having it for so long.
6.5/10
Cactus Club
BBQ Duck Clubhouse with a Caesar Salad. Delicious like usual. It's a chain restaurant but I really think Cactus has some really solid dishes because of Feenie.
