Riz sushi.

price is comparable to sushi garden, but the quality is not as great. However, it's within walking distance from me. hahaha

Next Time ask them to separate the spicy sauce from the Agedashi Tofu. Then order a plate of Shrimp Tempura and dip away! Good stuff!

Vera's Burgers on Commecial.

The Frank burger combo. -10/10

Some of the worst burgers and fries I've ever had.

Just a basic burger with a weiner in the middle.

The bun was bigger than the patty in itself. The patty itself was gross. It was bland and had no favour. The veggies didn't exactly taste fresh. Overall, the burger was worse than something pulled out of Costco freezers. I don't even know why people think Vera's burgers are all that great. Don't even get me on the fries. Run of the mill fries if anything. My standards aren't what most people would consider "high" but this truly was a terrible burger. My second time at Vera's and will be my last.

Taco Luis in lansdowne mall 9/10

where else can you get a solid meal with a drink for under $5? Get the rice instead of mexi fries to mix it up a bit, and the dude that owns it is pretty entertaining, no wonder that place always has a line when all the others are dead.

Kingyo.. aka Goldfish

tako wasabi - had it half and half a little serving size was smaller than i expected but the quality was good

ahi-tuna & avacado carpaccio & yellow tail & avacado carpaccio - excellent melt in your mouth goodness... but slight overkill on the sauce

sukiyaki w/ duck - served w/ a little gas stove and waited as it all cooked.. a little too salty for me but the duck was good

kobe beef grilled on a stone: grill your own beef.. the aroma and taste was amazing.. yum!

+ 1 pot of green tea & refills

9/10 due to seating being quite tight and the food was a tad too salty for my palette. highly recommended though for a night out and a good experience! for 2 of us bill came to 70 after tax n tip we were walking away full, but didn't go into the restaurant that hungry to begin with.. a little too pricey for me to be a regular thing but definitely a treat. did i mention the service was extremely attentive?! definite thumbs up
