If you're up for a Japanese series I recommend Hana Yori Dango or Love Shuffle (more comedy though).
Hmm... movie-wise... Closed Note, Kimi ni Todoke (I think anime version would be better)... I think I do more series, Not sure if you want to tread into anime series, so I'll leave it at that for now.

I usually don't vent online about personal stuff but this is too much right now and I need to let it out. 
I'M IN SO MUCH FUCKING PAIN IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY. CAN'T BELIEVE I CRIED LIKE A LITTLE BITCH OVER A BREAKUP BUT I DID. WHAT THE FUCK MAN. FUCK! THOUGHT I FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE TO GO LONG TERM THEN IT ALL CAME CRASHING DOWN. WE TRIED MANY TIMES TO RECONCILE BUT SHIT JUST DIDN'T WORK OUT. I BLAME MYSELF FOR BEING TOO BIG OF A PUSSY TO DO WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO MOVE THINGS FORWARD BUT IT'S TOO DAMN FUCKING LATE. FUCKING HURTS LIKE HELL.

I watched hana yori dango 1,2 and the movie a while ago and I thought it was really good. Just wondering what else is out there as I stopped watching Japanese drama for like 2 years. Might give Love Shuffle a go, sounds good and plus I like the cast too. I'm gonna stay away from anime series lol don't know why, but I'm not really into it anymore. Thanks for the recommendations!
