Fast forward a year, and now everything has changed. Job, life, car, friends. I feel different and everyone knows it and they can see it too. I wasn't the person I was last year. The new job I landed was a once in a lifetime opportunity that was given to me by pure chance and I'm quite humble and appreciative I was given this.
I hope you're happy now because I am as well. I want you to be happy ultimately. I really wish you good luck in the future both career and life wise.

9 months together. I cannot believe we've lasted this long. After the 6th month, it started sinking in that this will last. And especially after he was away for a month and the feelings were still there that I realized that I love him.
It's a different kind of love though. I remember him being really happy to receive morning and good night texts. Now, it's muted. I think he is still happy to see him, but they're now more of a formality than anything. I feel obligated to say them and partly because I want to be the first and last thing on his mind. And I want him to know he's the first thing on my mind when I wake up and the last thing on my mind when I go to sleep. We're still excited to see each other, still horny, still playful, still miss each other lots.
I wonder how long this will last. As bad as it is to say, as I know lots of people are still trying to find love in their 30s 40s, I hope I don't have to go on an app when I'm 40 to find a husband. I hope I'll find him when I'm in my 20s. Maybe I have found him, but it's too early to tell.

Case in point, this skinny guy comes into the gym the other day, must have only weighed ~ 140lbs, loads on 2 plates on the bench rack, mutters to himself, for sparta, unracks the barbell and proceeds to drop it directly on his chest.

I thought I was gonna be happier ending this relationship where all we did was constantly fight. Ended up feeling infinitely more miserable.
