Here, if anyones interested this is how you make it:

Weight Gainer Shake: 735 cal - 100g carbs - 50g protein - 15g healthy fat
1 scoop protein powder
2 cups milk
1 banana
½ cup ground oats
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

you put the oats in a blender first and grind it up, then add everything else.

I finshed a bucket of muscle juice but it only gained me 5-10 pounds, then i lost it.

You know one thing I've realized.. is how often do you actually even have your shirt off?
Keep the bf at a decent level (like 12-15%) and just get jacked..
with a shirt on you will look huge.. with a shirt off.. well if you have a chick back at your place when she sees you without a shirt on then you have already sealed the deal so who cares

ya that is what i mean, lots of guys working out are scared to bulk up cause they might loose there abs maybe, but i mean once you are done bulking and such, getting jacked and what not, just hit the cardio and you will have your abs back if you are that worried

Basically, you need to lower your bodyfat so that there's nothing left to mask your abs. Bodyfat is the only thing that stops abs from showing

So anything you can do to raise your metabolism + lower body fat, running included. Eating smaller portions, more often...instead of 3 square meals aim for 6 smaller healthier meals. Diet is probably the biggest change and will give the most progress imo
