Wall Street Warriors

Has anyone watched this show?

My buddy told me about this TV show, it is frickin' rad balls. I watched the first two seasons on hulu.com. I like the ppl in the first season better but I enjoyed the second just as much.

Its about different people who are all connected to wall street in one shape or form, whether they are investors, stock brokers or individual traders. In season two there is actually a guy who is from B.C.

Worth checking out for sure if you are interested in this kinda stuff!

edit: found this link here which has a lot of info on the show

hey redliine do you live in the states?

cause when i tried going to hulu.com to watch the first episode it said it was only available to people within the states, is there anyway to get around this?

also tried searching on it on public torrent sites not really any luck
seems pretty intresting

You have to change your IP.

I did this by downloading a little program called Hot Spot Shield. Basically when you open this program up it gives you a new IP so you can view these videos (because yes, they are only available to US residents). Once you have watched an episode or two, simply open up Hot Spot Shield again and click disconnect.

When HSS is activated they usually have an advertisement on the top of your screen whenever you move webpages but you can close it. And of course, when you disconnect from HSS the advertisement goes away. I guess it helps pay for the service.

Ulic - Yea I guess you could say that. There are no scripts. Just real people on wall street.

I hope you guys check it out!

EDIT: The episodes on hulu are in stunning high quality as well. I don't now why I am trying to sell this to you guys, I just loved this show so much lol. I can't wait for season 3.

In season 1 my favourite ppl are Tim (the startup), and the Russian guy, Alex, who is titled the Day trader.

The Tim guy turned 10k into 1.65m in a couple years. Pretty successful guy and he is only 26.

The Brett guy from BC, who is in season 2, manages a 100m hedge fund and is around the same age. Drives a ferrari f430 and stuff too lol you will see in episode 2, season 2.

yea, I watched a couple episodes on fund manager and a couple individual investors who specialize on short selling.

Its an reality show and I thought it was interesting.

Good show and information for those who do active trades/investments in stocks.

Nice show but season 2 really fucked up by having boiler room Lance featured. The guy is obviously a shill who doesn't know shit. He would have made a lot of money (and then lost it) in the tech boom though.

Sandisk sandisk sandisk!!! LOL.

Yea they were really big on SanDisk but it fell through.

I don't particularly enjoy that boiler room atmosphere of getting leads and then cold calling. You are a mule on wall street. Doing all the dirty work but I guess you have to start somewhere. Most of those guys were probably under 22.
