Yea exactly. Company gives me per diem for food so its not out of pocket but it's a pain in the ass for sure.

I was sick as fuck all week, vacating out of all orifaces on a regular basis. I didn't eat food for over 2 days straight at one point. Fever of 102.5 it was a rough week.


Someone posted a while back wondering if I was eating enough... the answer to that is NO I'm an idiot. I didn't increase my food intake to compensate for my growth. I was eating the same thing I was eating when I was 190 and growing. I haven't increased my diet to feed the additional 30lbs of muscle I've added. Well I've rectified that over the past 2 weeks (as much as possible with being sick last week but still eating tons) so we will see how that works out.

Its official... I need new clothes. I've grown out of most of my shirts. Yay and Gay at the same time cuz I like my shirts lol.

Still at godamn 215lbs though. Juice time maybe?

Yea I got no problems juicing... in fact I think if you work out and you have a goal... why not do what you gotta do to reach that goal? Its not like I'm using it in a pro sport to "cheat" and gain an advantage. Its simply to get to my goal faster and easier than doing it naturally. When I see how much some people spend on supplements and food and shit and how they have to work, and I can do the same thing in half the time with less cost.... I know what I choose lol. I got nothing against guys who wanna do shit naturally all the power to them but... for me time is money and I don't have the time or the effort to eat how I need to eat and lift how I need to lift.

I just think it's kind of sad that people so desperately want to get big fast, that they need to 'cheat' and take drugs to do so. Berz I know you used to be a fatty, and there are probably some deep-seeded emotional issues within your mind. I hope you can learn to tough it out naturally before pathetically trying to cover up the issues with big watery muscles. Good luck!

Me fatty? haha no man I'm the exact opposite. My metabolism is crazy and when I stop lifting I shrivel up. It is so hard for me to gain because of my body type. I lose weight from the effort of eating food lol. After my car accident 2 years ago, I went down to 185lbs (from 210) because I couldn't work out. I've done juice before and I know how it works so big watery muscles are very temporary and the gains you keep when your done are not temporary they are permanent (if you do shit right). Please don't think one type of lifter is better than the other (natural vs. enhanced) because in the end a goal is a goal and thinking your "better" than someone else because your CHOOSE not to juice is pretty pathetic.

Here is a question I will pose. If steriods were legal to sell and use, but still banned from sport competion, would you still have a negative attitude towards them or would you then just accept them as another workout "tool" like all the other supplements out there?

Hmm well I would hope that with opinion like that your as informed with usage as you should be to form an opinion. IMO it's no different than people taking anti depressants. The fact that doctors often prescribe steriods to help the healing process and to reduce the effects of some illnessess prove they are a benifit to the body. Its HOW you use them not the fact they are being used.
Read Jose Canseco's book "Juiced" you will gain some valuable insight. Moderation is the key and if your willing to take Creatin and a host of other supplements steriods are not much differnt.

What's your goal? Not happy with 215 at your height? Do you just want to get big? What about strength? I think I've read about some of your totals and you could probably get huge improvements by changing your training.

I'm all about the look Strength is secondary. I figure around 230 I will look how I picture I want to look.

dude read i bodybuilder , couple threads down, those guys make serious gains and i know everyone thinks its fake. also dude if u improved your eating habits and such you would get a lot bigger trust me. Also you say you never do legs? u do know when u do legs it releases testosterone threw out the whole body to make you bigger and move around all the testosterone even, you don't wonna be one of those guys wearing sweatpants to cover there chicken legs...
