Aftermarket Wheel Magazines recommendation?

Alright guys,

I work for an US aftermarket wheel company and we are now doing market research for international sales. We are looking to get subscriptions of top aftermarket tuning magazines from different regions. The wholesaler/retailer who advertise in the publications are our potential clients.... and so I'm going to get paid reading magazines

Please recommend magazines the following regions:

Australia / New Zealand
South Africa
Middle East
South America
Eastern Europe (Russia)
Europe (England, Germany...etc)
Japan
Malaysia
Philippines

TIA!!!!
