Is it possible to find less than 5 yr old 2 bdrm condo, under $350g's in Rmd?

Is it possible to find a 2 bedroom condo 700+sqft less than 5 yrs old for under $350,000 in Richmond? Or am I dreaming? Worth a shot since the economy is a little slow right now. Or should I look in Surrey.

MLS.ca

Examples:
http://www.realtor.ca/propertyDetail...ertyId=7411473
(could probably negotiate this down)

http://www.realtor.ca/propertyDetail...ertyId=7556703

Just have to look...

If you look in surrey, I'm sure you could find some prime agribusiness for your $350k.

Definitely doable (McLennan and Brighouse areas). Most listings have been sitting for a while so if you are in the market right now fish for those. If you're looking for bottom dollar prices I'd still wait there's more room to go down.

Just find an agent who'll send you listings so you can track active days on market.

what's your hurry man (woman)?

What if I told you with 90% certainty that you can buy that condo you are looking at for a 25% discount in a year or less? Or another words you can buy a 25% larger condo if you wait a year. If you have to buy something right now, why not treat yourself to a vacation in hawaii or mexico or a really big LCD TV?

Just hold off a little longer and you'll benefit thousands of dollars.

Read the thread in this forum: http://www.revscene.net/forums/showthread.php?t=528401 ... That would be a good starting point.

It's probably solved now, but i'm 99.9% sure that it was in financial trouble before.
