Just call or email their customer service. They're quick to reply if you email as well.

Yeah they take a while to send especially if its near a holiday or a sale.
I bought a pair of TR's from revolve and after it crossed custom I had to pay a $40 customs fee...

It might be stuck at the post office. Apparently Canada Post hasn't even bothered delivering a lot of stuff...they just send out Final Notice cards.

i was thinking that myself, with all the snow and all that, the trucks probably wouldnt be able to make it into the small streets, usually my revolve orders come in time, should i check my local shoppers drug mart post office?

All thanks to the snow. Stupid vans ain't driving to the small streets where they get stuck..

edit: Oops, didn't see your reply ^

Fatal: if it has arrived and Canada Post didn't deliver it, you should receive a notice from them stating when and where you can pick it up. If you haven't received it yet, chances are it hasn't arrived. And yes- lots of Revolve orders are behind because of the season (assuming you ordered it during Xmas-Boxing day)

A Canadian Revolve equivalent is ssense.com, they have some pretty good stuff on there but not nearly as much as Revovle does.
