SPOTTED what I think is a stolen car
not really, I called the RCMP and asked and they said there wasn't an interest in the car but i thought it was very suspicious, smashed up lip, no raido, parked in the middle of the road.
this car was on alexandra Rd behind one of the chinese restaurants
Looks like someone got what they wanted and just ditched the car there

highly unlikely, since the EP3 has factory immobilizer.
thieves rarely target an factory immobilized car, since they can't get the ECU to start the engine without the chip in the specific programmed key.

not if they bring spare ECU's or have a set of the keys, if they want it, they can get it!

i think this is a white guy who imported all euro parts for tuning this thing, i remeber there was a car show i was at and the guy was going on and on about all the euro shit etc.

if its the same guy that still owns it i wouldnt doubt it was stolen cause i doubt this guy would park this car like this

anyhow, if they really want your car and you have a lot of security, they'll just tow it away.

Maybe he smashed into the snow pile and then got stuck in it.

He went to get some help, but not before taking his radio out so he could throw it on the floor in frustration.

its fwd and obviously u can see the front wheels are not stuck in snow.

but Im familiar with K series engine swaps
you need the specific ecu and key and chip to fire the car up

im not familiar with mitsubishi or chryslers
tow it and sell it for parts.. not relly worth the effort
the most crucial parts are useless, the ecu

it looks like a badass park job, doubt its stolen though

smashed up lip, probably broke it in the recent snow storm
parked in the middle of the road, people always park randomly in that parking lot (the 2 lane entrance/exit which is usually 1 lane)
