Spotted: Civic Si Sedan
 

Spotted last night on Knight around 7pm heading towards Vancouver
Please, LEARN TO DRIVE WITHOUT YOUR HIGHBEAMS ON!
There's thick ass fog outside (not like the big wall of white you create helps) and you come driving up to my rear end blinding the shit out of me and my girlfriend.
Why don't people understand that they get flashed at for a reason? Turn them off!!!

This civic was distinct, or else I wouldn't have posted.

Oh, I did just that. After flashing my highbeams at him he didn't turn them off, so I left mine on until I had to get off the bridge
