Burnaby North boxing club

I'm interested in joining a boxing club mainly to stay in shape and maybe eventually compete.

Has anyone tried the Burnaby North one?

I have no experience whatsoever, I checked the site, but it doesn't have much information.

thanks.

I went there for a couple months

$40 a month paid 2 months at a time in advance. The guy wont pressure you to pay though.

It's not bad. They have 2 classes a week for beginners and 3 a week for intermediate.
Mon, Weds for beginners. Can't remember intermediate classes.

2 times for the beginner when i went in December. Soemthing like 630-730 and 745-845
or something like that.
You do your own warmup roughly 30 mins before class. Either run on the track or stationary bike or skipping.

That's all i can remember right now.
