here's Konstantins Konstantinovs, 270lb powerlifter doing 55 kipping pullups....very impressive for his size, not to mentioned strong grip strength..

and him doing 933lb deadlift

Hmm I haven't done a pullup without added weight for a long, long time. And kipping knees up like that either.. I wonder if I can do 55 of them? Probably not

It's not the steroids that makes the champion but it's hard training .. dedication, the diet and sacrifice and genetics that person has.. what makes the champion.
