IIRC it's Stella Artois (no "e"). Sleeman is also a brewery -- not a specific beer.
The list is notably lacking almost anything ale and heavier. Good stuffs:
- Boddington's Pub ale
- Kilkenny
- Caffrey's
You'd be surprised about what actually goes into Lucky Lager |

Can anyone tell me why Lucky Lager is so popular on the island?
To me it's just another piss beer, but at least it tastes better than Kokanee.

The following are some of the beers I like and by that I mean these would be the beers I would actually go to the liqour store and pay to buy to have in my fridge to drink
-La Fin du monde
-Sleemans
-Stella
-Alexander Keiths
The following are some that I hate and by that I mean I would never spend money to have them in my fridge only unless these beers were the ONLY options
-Bud
-Canadian
-Kokanee
and all the other crap along these lines

Asahi Black
Guinness
Leffe
Granville Island - Winter Ale!
Nobody tried G.I Winter Ale during the winter time? I ended up storing them by the flat in the garage.
If my options were limited to common domestic then I'd just go for a Coors Light.

I like my beer like I like my coffee... black... so it's Guiness and Kilkenny. Like coffee, if you can see through it, it's too light..

In Order of Awesome.
Sleemans
MGD
La Fin Du Monde
Granville Island Honey
Grasshopper
Maple Ale
Stella tastes like Heinekken, but lighter.
MGD and Sleemans actually taste like beer and it's good, AND cheap. I don't see why you would pay the extra buck for a lighter beer. It's like.. Corona or Sleemans. Go for the Man beer.
