odd ad that causes flash 9 to blurp
 
Hello I have been encountering this ad (I can't tell what it is it only shows as a blue rectangle) that prompts Adobe Flash to prompt me to "debug"

so please look into this matter and fix it. Thank you.

found out that it's Vancouvercarpetcleaning.com ad

please notify them as it's very annoying for many users.
