Every unsatisfied customer will tell 10 other people,
those 10 other people will tell another 10 people

soon, they'll run out of business.

I agree, they probably still used our data from the survey, but now won't pay us with the yogurt!

Wow, what do you know... looks like it might not be a total bust after all.

Got an email today from them!

Quote:
After examining your application, we’re pleased to announce that you’ve been selected to participate in our study.

We’re happy to have you among our study participants. By participating, you’re making a commitment to consume one Activia probiotic yogurt every day for two weeks and answer an online questionnaire that you’ll be given before the beginning of the trial period. We’ll also send you a link to a second questionnaire that you’ll complete after you’ve finished your 14 days of yogurt consumption.

Activia probiotic yogurt contains the BL Regularis strain, which is exclusive to Danone. Several studies have shown the beneficial effects of Activia on digestive health. The study you’ve agreed to participate in will allow us to evaluate the benefits of this unique probiotic strain on your digestive comfort. Your answers are important to us: the results will be studied anonymously, and your answers will not be associated with your personal information. We also want to remind you how important it is to comply with the contest rules, to eat one Activia probiotic yogurt every day, and to provide us with full, accurate information when you answer the study questionnaires.

Please remember that the study regulations, which you read when you applied to join the study, are still applicable. By participating in the study, you’re agreeing to comply with these rules. You can reread them at www.activiastudy.ca.
Anyone else get it?

Survey was over subscribed. Company decided to only use a random sample of the applicants which will give them equivalent results without the cost of giving away 2 weeks of free product to each one of you deadbeats.
