How long should i clean it for ?

So ive had my ear pierced on my lobe about 7 weeks ago and i ran out of that solution stuff they give you, an i think its done healing cus i can take the earring in and out with no problem. Now im just wondering how long do i have to keep cleaning it for ? I clean it two times a day.

rubbing alcohol and peroxide is the same for disinfecting. Clean every so often

Do not use rubbing alcohol!!
It dries out the piercing and creates tiny tears around it causing pain and bleeding for longer than if you used the proper cleaning solution.... plus increases the risk of infection. If you ran out, go buy some more. Normally it takes 6-10 weeks for lobes to fully heal so you might be ok. Basically, the little tunnel which the earring goes into has to be fully healed all the way through.
