I heard fireworks as well. Spotted 9 police cars pass me on the port moody hill and down into the road in the middle. Wonder whats going on?

surrey shooting was apparently in a park near (several blocks away) from the kwantlen campus.. a friend said there were tons of cops in the area.

oh btw, last night when i was driving to work i usually take 96th so i decided to see if the crime scene was still closed up or not, it was and they were making everyone take detours
as i go around and take the detour to the side road which gets back onto 148th heading to Fraser HWY, there are these 2 guys, probably mid 20's standing beside one of the blockade cop cars, the one guys got a blonde mohawk fully decked out in Audiger with a murse typing on his berry and the other guy looks pretty much the same, i guess like aquaintances of the nikki chick or w/e
couldnt do much else but smirk when i see them standing there :/

For the guys that said the government should legalize drugs, are you serious? I hope not.
First off, look at cigarettes and alcohol. Even though they are legal, there is still a black market for these items because people want it cheaper. People try to sneak US smokes and alcohol across the border or items bought off of the reserve.
Secondly, what do you think our biggest trade partner (the US) would say if we legalized drugs.
Thirdly, something called liability. Look at how much $$$ the government has to pay in medical fees because of the effects of tobacco. Yeah, I am pretty sure the same thing would happen when people fuck themselves right up because of legallized drugs.

the messed up part of it is this is only involving a small percentage of lower mainland criminals and drug dealets. I doubt it even adds up to 5% of the "crews" in Vancouver.
Also i heard that everyone is after the bacons cuz they like to kidnapo and rob flashy drug dealers...seems like they robbed the wrong crew?
