Is it illegal to ride a skateboard pissed drunk?

This is a question that i was wondering, cause i got to thinking after seeing the bicylce thread.

The answer is the same, refer to the bicycle thread again...

Give the guy a break. If anybody ever does a "search" (which he'll probably get a few posts for) they won't find the bicycle thread but they will find 3 completely useless posts referring them to some bicycle thread ^ It would have taken you less time almost to answer than to complain on a UNIQUE post unless I overlooked the mass amount of drunk skateboarding law threads somewhere.

In general, yes, it is illegal. It sounds stupid but being on a skateboard pissed drunk still puts others in danger. (Likely scenario: you go on the street and you fall off or swerve into a car)

It might help to actually answer the question so people who haven't seen the "bicycle thread" might know.

And instead of continuing to add MORE useless posts to this thread... why hasn't someone just quoted the pertinent info from the bicycle thread?

Or a link to the thread even?
