caught a couple of episodes online after i came across this thread...

pretty funny show!

the son (manager) needs to take a chill pill though...LOL.

anyone knows which town they are in? And they sure get a lot of business. I have never seen such a huge line up for a food court kiosk. Its like they are giving away free food or something--but the mom sure does give huge food portions.

OMG I remember watching the previews for this show and it looked awesome. I'll have to check the Foodtv schedule or go watch it online.

I finally watched the first two episodes on food TV. I wonder if I'm actually watching the first two lol. It doesn't say the Episode #s for each one, just the name of it. It's pretty funny.

A friend of mine knows one of the sons.

He has a really nice white AP2 S2000 with OEM hardtop and time attack TE37's.

Hilarious show. Amy and Miles are the best. I like how dysfunctional they are but still get things together.

Funny...I watched my 1st episode today and then I came across this thread! It was the one where they were celebrating an anniversary of some sort.

When the dad got drunk...I almost fell out of my chair laughing! Miles is hilarious!!! Great show!

whats funny is even if they werent doing the restaurant business, the whole dysfunctional family bit can be applied to just about every household, not even just asians.

i know my families off its rocker. My dad isnt an alcoholic, but he loves his wine during dinner, and a shot of spirits after dinner. My bottles of alchy keep needing to be replenished because of him. My mom doesnt know any better, and always applies the old school chinese beliefs while at the same time has selective hearing. My sis is a fucking cow, haha, i remember when i was young, i would do things just to piss her off because she starts huffing and puffing like a moo'ing cow, hahaha (thats what tormenting little brothers are for ) Me, a typical, tell me do something, i purposely wont do it =D
