lookin for 98 civic HB info

I have a 93 civic cx HB what I am selling, just not feelin the love on this one. I think I want a 98 civic HB to start screwin with. Are the 98 civics fairly easy to get tuner / mod parts for? Does the fact that it has ODBC II make a big difference? Can you do the funky engine swaps still? Do the airbags and associated shite get in the way of foolin around? I like the look of the 98. I'm gonna try and find a black one I can afford as soon as the 93 sells. Basically, is there some reason why I shouldn't buy a 98 civic HB, considering I want to mod it?

thanks eh

they're just as easy; if not easier to do swaps/modify as the EG's.
If your fooling around with airbags, just pull the fuze or battery when you do so.
