Question regarding Points and Suspension

So i recently got my N license back from a 2 month suspension. Does that mean i'm automatically put on probation?
i got pulled over tonight and got 2 more tickets =.=
the total number of points for the two tickets is 5.
will i be suspended again?
what could i do?

I'd say it's a pretty good chance you'll get suspended again, yeah.

What can you do? Well, are you guilty of what the tickets are for? If so, learn to love transit for another six months or so.

If you're not guilty, then you can dispute the tickets.

Either way, perhaps you should learn your lesson and not drive in a manner that keeps attracting attention.

well i know that by driving another passenger, i will be automatically guilty.
but for the "failure to stop at a red light while turning" i call bullshit.
i'm pretty sure i stopped, and made sure it was safe before going..
don't know where the cop got the idea i didn't stop :S
and, after getting my license back, am i automatically put on probation?
i know that once i reach 6 points, i will be suspended..in this case i only have 5 points.

S/he probably got the idea from the fact that you didn't actually come to a complete stop. Just like every person I pull over for the same thing. They all swear up and down that they stopped, but they're so used to rolling through stop signs and red lights on a right turn that they fail to remember that all wheels have to come to a complete stop at the line. All I have to do is use fixed radar or pace people where I can't see their wheels (from front, or behind), or set up so that I can see the front and back wheels on one side as well as the stop sign and line. i've found that the most common speed for people to roll through a stop sign at is 10km/hr.

so am i automatically on probation after getting my license back?

Quote:

3.2 Probation
Drivers on probation maintain their driving privileges, but are warned that any further violations may
result in a driving prohibition. Probation may be employed either before a prohibition is initially imposed
or after the driver’s licence has been reinstated.

Once the probation period has ended a driver remains under close scrutiny for an additional two years
and will likely be subject to a driving prohibition if further offences are added to the driving record.
read section 4.3 here as well
