Workout Excel Spreadsheets
 

I'm not extremely concerned with every stat, inch, lb, and body fat% every minute, but I just like to utilize my excel skills for something I do in my spare time. I know these are popular with weight watchers, and these charts can be modified for weight gainers. Does anybody have some good looking excel spreadsheets with some graphs or charts of their progress they'd like to share?
