Heard friends said years ago(or it still happens now) they will run into some guy driving a beat up civic EF 4door/Mazda Astina/Toyota starlet EP82 that looks dead stock & beating everyone driving ITR/S13/S14 doing downhill runs in Hong Kong.
And they can never find out who exactly that is after.......
