Parkour (art du displacement) Classes

Beginning in April there will be Parkour classes held every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Mcleod Athletic Park in Langley. We will be gathering at the grandstand bleachers of the artificial turf field. Classes are free and will be taught by three PKBC members with 6 years of combined experience in Parkour and various fitness activities including gymnastics and weight training. The first class will be held on Thursday, April 2nd. Classes will commence at 7pm and run until approximately 8:30pm. We will cover the basics of Parkour as an introduction and progress further with each class. We recommend that participants be over the age of twelve.

thats ok the first class starts thursday but after that its twice a week, tuesday and thursday :)
