LOL, what motor?
if u wanted like a K20 or somthing then u would need to swap the tranny too, but I think if u wanted to just get the D17 Vtec motor from the Si model then u don't need to

I would liek a K20, but if I cant find one I was wondering if B18C1 from an integra would work? Would it be easier just to do a turbo kit instead of a swap. Im not trying to build a racer..I just want to get some extra oomph out of the car, but I dont wanna sell it because I spent alot of money on the exterior of the car.

turbo in an auto will be horrible. i don't think there's even a kit available to put a b-series into your chassis. then there's tranny, axels. it won't work.
i think you need to do a little more homework

Seen a few (not many) automatic civics & integras with Jackson Racing Superchargers (JRS). Will give you a bit more ooomph that you are looking - and if you keep the PSI low, your stock auto tranny should be able to handle it. Google and and I am sure you will find info on Turbo & Supercharge for automatics.

if your looking for just alittle more power, maybe u should just turbo it with low PSI like CarCar1 said
there is no way your going to be able to put a B in your car without alot of custom work
your only real choice is:
K20 - must do tranny swap $$$$$$$$
turbo - I think it would be your best bet

I strongly suggest you take some time to read through this site:

www.hondaswap.com

Lots of good stuff there.

Not worth the time or money.

Of course it has been done. Nothing is impossible ( to a degree) as long as you have $$. I am sure the OP does not want to spend the $$ and judging from the last few posts, may lack the know how and get raped with misc. charges. I don't think I would even do a K20 swap. The bang for the buck is ridicerous. Great for car shows I suppose.

That Tranny is going to be an issue and if you only want a little "extra oomph" and I stress Very little, there are other things you may consider. You can go with a better suspension set up, lighter wheels etc.. which will improve braking, acceleration etc.

One of the most fun cars I have had possessed only 127hp; the beloved crx. Also, check Honda-tech.com for more info/ideas.
